We have observed high latency to TPG/iiNET from a number of locations.
The issue has now been resolved.
We have implemented a work around that deprioritises traffic to TPG/iiNET AS 7545 when it is received from our links to the US and are now observing a more optimal path. We will continue to monitor for now.
High latency to TPG/iiNET seems to be because of a change in the global routing fabric that is directing traffic via our US link to TPG/iiNET. We are investigating a work around that should be in place by 12:30
