Some NBN services have been restored as our third party restores systems. We will continue to monitor.
Problem with some NBN services has been isolated to a third party carrier that we use to connect to some NBN Points of interconnect. There is currently no ETR.
There is an issue with user logins through some NBN gateways. This does not affect everyone, but we advise avoiding unplugging your router, as it may not log back in. Please note that this is not an issue within Spectrum’s network. We do not have an ETA at this time, but this outage is affecting many ISPs and thousands of users.
